Two Clean & Simple Challenges

I have always admired the clean and simple (CAS) cards, but I always felt like my cards needed more, more, more, but I have decided to embrace this way, at least once a week for the challenges. :) My first card is for this week's challenge, CAS73, where you are use White (always a part of CAS), Bashful Blue, Pumpkin Pie, and Certainly Celery. If it weren't a color challenge, I would have chosen to use black instead of blue for the birds, so they match the ones I see in my back yard.
Stamp Sets: NONE - can you believe it!?
Ink: Nope
Paper: Bashful Blue Textured, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White
Accessories: Certainly Celery satin ribbon
Punches: Two-Step Bird
Big Shot: The embossing folder is made by Sizzix, but I'm not sure the name of it.

This 2nd card is for CAS72, a sketch challenge based on this card. One of the criteria for CAS cards is that they can be easily reproduced, so I immediately thought - CHRISTMAS CARDS!
Stamp Sets: To You & Yours
Ink: Old Olive, Whisper White
Paper: Crumb Cake, Old Olive, Our Holiday Traditions DSP Paper Pad by Me & My Big Ideas (got at Michael's during the after Christmas sale - SCORE!)
Accessories: None
Punches: Corner Rounder
Big Shot: None - WOW!
Quantity Made - 10

These cards were SO easy that I think I'm going to go through the rest of the sketches for the rest of my cards, so stay tuned...
