Here I Am!

So, I haven't been getting along so swell this month. I had surgery on 4/13, which went ok, but was quite painful. On 4/20, I was back at the doctor because my incisions were infected. I also went back to work that day. This past Monday, I got my stitches out, but the incisions are still not quite right. They still have infection. I am just worn out. I did stamp a touch to take my mind off the pain. Maybe that's what inspired this card here...

Stamp Sets: Fifth Avenue Floral, Great Friend, Matchbox Messages, Thoughts & Prayers
Ink: Sahara Sand, Bashful Blue, Not Quite Navy
Paper: Confetti Cream, Manhattan DSP
Accessories: Kraft Corduroy brad, Very Vanilla small grommet
Big Shot: Beautiful Butterfies Bigz die
I actually did stamp in the inside of this card. I'm in a digiswap again, so I will be posting some cards made by my sideline using Occasions Mini Catty stuff... stay tuned!

Embossed Friend

I wish I could send this card to all of you that have emailed me and let comments giving me encouragement. It means a LOT to me. You are ALL my Fabulous Friends! I love the stamping community for that! Lest I be banned, my Cookie (Lee) Sisters have been absolutely fabulous, as well. I got into an expo at a local pizza place... the event is called Sip-N-Shop... how cute?! Anyway, the event turns out to be 2 days after my surgery to remove the cancer. My Cookie Sister (and adopted upline) said she would do it for me if I wasn't up to it, AND give me the profit. Can you believe that?!?! Mel - I don't know what I would do without you! Ok, before I get too sappy, let me explain this OMG SIMPLE card...
Stamp Set: Oval All
Ink: Certainly Celery
Paper: Blush Blossom (base), Whisper White (oval), Certainly Celery (scallop oval)
Accessories: Whisper White Organza ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals, Ice Circle Rhinestone brad, Taken with Teal Stampin' Write marker (to color flower)
Punches: Scallop Oval, Large Oval
Big Shot: Manhattan Flower textured impressions die
Seriously - that's it! I started to sand over the die, but it didn't really make a difference because the Blush Blossom was so light, so I stopped wasting my time. Now, the ribbon... I did a little differently here. But it's CRAZY easy... All I did was fold down the edges and secure the fold with tape runner. Yup, that's it! I had to use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the scalloped oval because of the rhinestone brad and the folds of the ribbon, but you can't see it. Pop dots would be too tall for this. My husband loved this card, so the moms will be getting something similar for Mother's Day. Speaking of husband... he will be HOME TOMORROW!!!!! Only for two weeks, but I'll take it! I may be light in posting over the next two weeks, as I spend time with him instead of my stamps, but I'll be back. Until next time...

Did Some Stampin' For Ya...

My first project is a simple 3x3. I used a sketch from the May/June PaperCrafts magazine, but modified it in my own way, of course. I even pierced! Look at me go!

Stamp Set: Great Friend
Ink: Not Quite Navy (butterfly), Chocolate Chip (sentiment)
Paper: Baja Breeze (base), Tangarine Tango (scallop), Sahara Sand (butterfly)
Accessories: Paper Piercing tool, Priceless Classy Brass (you don't honestly think I did that spiral all by myself - do you?!?!), Stampin' Dimensionals (for wings)
Big Shot: Scallop Circle # 2 Bigz die

The next project is the start of the Easter gifts my team will get. Instead of Easter Baskets, they will get Easter bags. Here are the bag toppers that I made for them...

Stamp Set: A Good Egg (how cute IS that little chicken?!?!)
Ink: Basic Gray (chicken), Not Quite Navy (sentiment)
Paper: SAB Delicate Dots DSP, So Saffron
Accessory: Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Write Marker
Punch: Scallop Circle
Big Shot: Top Note Bigz Die... I *told* you I was workin' on something for that die!
Well, I'm off to have some oatmeal for breakfast... thanks for stopping by!

Occasions Mini is HERE!

Go on... get excited! The occasions mini catty is open for business. I have a little note of thanks to all of you for being SO supportive of me during this trying time. You can see the whole mini HERE, and trust me - it's worth it! Let me explain this little guy for a minute...
Stamp Sets: Great Friend (stamp on the blue label), Matchbox Messages (kiwi label)
Ink: Chocolate Chip (kiwi label), Whisper White (blue label)
Paper: Taste of Textiles (new textured paper, card base), Good Morning Sunshine DSP, Pacific Point, Kiwi Kiss
Accessories: So Saffron 7/8" Poly-Twill
Punch: Slit
Big Shot: Matchbox XL Die (to punch the labels)
Card Size: 4" x 4"
The Matchbox Die has 3 little labels that coordinate with the Great Friend and Matchbox Messages sets (all in the Occasions mini catty). Yeah, that sold me on that die. I have a couple more items I've made with those labels, so stay tuned... I have one more label sitting on my desk begging to be used, so I'm off...

LAST DAY to Sell-a-Brate!

Before I forgot (again), let me tell the wonderful ladies who won my Blog Candy - NO, I have NOT forgotten about you, and I'm sorry! I was waiting on *something* that was backordered (or just not shipped to me, not sure which) to make your items. That came Friday. But, I'm sorry to say I just haven't been creative or interested in stamping. Thursday, I was told I had basal skin cancer, which is the best news you can get on that topic. But, it's really taken a lot out of me with physical therapy for the neck, the brace on the foot, and now this. I go to the doctor today to talk about treatment options, and maybe that will put me in a better light. Ok, enough sad crappy talk... STAMPIN!!!!
This card by Deb uses a pretty cool die... you can move that little "hole" wherever you want it. Yes, that's on the list...

Christy made another card with the set I almost didn't get... now, if I would just USE it! I love what she did with that filigree brad! How cute!

Ok, I'm going to try to stamp some for you (after I put in my last sell-a-bration order, of course!)... Can you believe this is the end of March?!?!?! Where was January? Did we HAVE a February this year???? Am I the only one who's feeling this??? Make it a good one!

Last 2 Days to Sell-a-Brate!

Here are a couple of cards... I love the layout of Karen's card... how simple, but oh so cute!

And a little reminder that Easter is just around the corner... and yes, there are some Easter goodies in the works right now. I worked on them this weekend.

I'm loving the little chickie window here! I have physical therapy (again) tonight, so I'm not certain if I'm going to get to work on the projects tonight, but here's a hint... I used my NEW Top Note die... oh yes, I did!

More SAB Inspiration - Time is Running Out!

So, I didn't get that last page remade. Last night was girl's night out, and then one of the girls had a birthday yesterday, so... well, I got home a touch late, and I'm moving a touch slow this am. This weekend, I'm going to try to do even MORE pages, so stay tuned.
In the meantime, enjoy some cute samples. The first is part of the Occasions Mini Catty pre-order that you can do right now. There are a few sets to get you stampin' for Easter. Here's one of them by Susan Smith... how simple is this, but OH SO cute (again with the Top Note die, too)!

The next is by Karen, and I'm TOTALLY going to use that Scallop Circle punch and ribbon for an award of some kind... oh, the wheel are turnin'....

Tomorrow, I'm going to a craft fair, so I'll come back with the NEED to be creative... look out, here I come!

Wedding Pics for Ya!

Ok, so I promised some wedding pics for you all... it's only been 5 months since the wedding, and I hadn't posted a single pic, have I? Yikes! Ok, so I used DSO's (Digi Scrap Obsession) Scrap Journal FREE template. I still can't believe all the free stuff you can get for digital scrapbooking these days! I'm still learning PhotoShop Elements, but I'm getting pretty good at it, especially when there are wonderful templates and coordinating accessories like these for free. Like I told you yesterday, these look like the top note die. I resized this template to be 5x5, so that it would print on a 5x7 page. I have a new little photo printer, and I just can't make it do that. Oh darn... guess I have to go to Target. However will I cope? I will work on getting this to fit that Top Note die, but right now, my PhotoShop skills aren't quite good enough to reach that.
Ok, now the pic explanations... The first one is the canned take the photo at the church after the ceremony, so I don't think that needs much of a narration. The second frame might... Josh and I cut the cake with a WW2 officer's ceremonial sword, and you can see that in the first picture. The next two pictures were taken down by the river at the Riverfront Park in downtown Algonquin, as was the family photo in the 3rd frame. The last pic... as you know, we are HUGE coffee nuts, especially Starbucks coffee. I mean, come on - our dog is named Latte! So, OF COURSE, we had to get Starbucks on this very important day! I have one more of the cake cutting ceremony that I'll share tomorrow... for some reason it didn't save, or it didn't save where I can find it. I think this is enough to tide you over for now. In the meantime, if you're looking for some digiscrap inspiration, check out DSO. There's a message board and gallery there, just like SCS. I have posted the link for all of posterity in the links at the right. Until tomorrow....

Someone was looking for MY BLOG!!??!!??

OMG!!!!!!!! Susan on SCS posted looking for my Stay Put Bow tutorial... OMG!!!!!!!! My former secret sis, and friend, Amy sent me the link... Thanks, Amy! That really made my day! Ok, so I realized that I short-changed you one project yesterday, so here are TWO more today, including one 6x6 scrapbook page. You only have 6 more days to Sell-a-Brate, so GET ON IT! These two were made by Shelleyn. I know I haven't posted anything of my own lately, but I *promise* I will stamp some more with my NEW stuff this weekend. As soon as I find the link to the fabo digi project (so I can give credit to the designer of the quick pages), I will post a quickie little book that I made this morning with some wedding pics. The pages look like the Top Note die... how could I *not* use them (since I haven't used my NEW die, either *yikes*)?!?!?! Anyway, enjoy these two projects today...

Two SAB Treats for you today...

Ok, so I haven't been playing in the stamp room much. I downloaded a TON of free digital scrapbooking items and have been unzipping and sorting those... yes, I know I still have NEW and UNUSED stamp stuff to play with, but this is OH SO addicting! In any event, I have two new cards to share with you. The first one I am going to make, I decided. How cute is that!??! And yes, I did succumb to the Top Note die's cuteness and bought it the last go around.

This next sample is from a NEW Ocassions Mini Catty set... mmmmm... TOLD YOU I had treats!

Well, I'm off to fill up my harddrive now... ;)

Today is Couch Day!

The new couch and love seat came today!!! Oooohhh... how comfy!!!!!! It was hard to tear my couch potato butt out of it to come post quickly for you. Today, Susan Smith takes us on a break from the SAB inspiration for some Occasions mini catalog pre-order. How cute is this??? I bought my mom some peeps today, and she couldn't be happier. That's what this card made me think of - peeps. Susan used the Scallop Circle # 2 die with some DSP... it really can't get easier. This is one of the sets that you can order early from the mini catty to get you ready for Easter.

More SAB Inspiration & news from Dr.

First, I had to show you this UNBELIEVABLE card made by my upline, Theresa Hill. You see that frame?!?!?! HOW CUTE IS THAT?!?! And, oh yeah, it's SUPER simple with the scallop edge punch! I told you she comes up with some cute stuff!!!!
Now, the news... as I told you two days ago, I was going to the doctor. Well, the news didn't come back so swell, BUT it is treatable for the most part. I have a bulging disc in my neck and a torn disc in my back. The spot that I was so worried about did have to be biopsied, so now I wait a week for that. And the doctors still aren't sure what to do about my foot. My films and such are going to a conference at Loyola University to see what they can come up with. Yup - I'm a lab rat. Ok, enough of that... let me show you another super cute card from further up my chain... This was made by Cheri, and I'm telling you - you need to check out her blog!

I'm going to go stamp for a bit... my husband did get a 4-day pass to come home to comfort me a bit, so there's one HUGE plus! My parents are also coming for the weekend, along with their dog. It will be a full house starting in just a few hours. Our new couch and love seat come tomorrow... super excited about that! I should clean up a bit, but I'm going to stamp. :)

SAB Day 18

How cute is this little 3x3 card that Monica made???? SUPER CUTE! How easy would it be to make award-looking items like this with the scallop circle punch and 5/8" ribbon v-cut... oh yeah... I'm on it!
I don't usually share personal things, but I really needed to share this today.... Today and tomorrow I am going for doctors appointments for injuries I sustained in the military. Today I have an MRI on my neck and back, which are constantly in pain. I'm very nervous about this, and not looking forward to it in any way. To make matters worse - I have to drive towards the city in the middle of rush hour, so that will only add to my angst. Think of me today if you get a spare minute. Tomorrow I go to dermatology for a spot that looks like a burn that scabs up from time to time that I've had since 2004. That is tomorrow's angst. I say that because I have to be at the south side of the city by 8:00am tomorrow, so it will be an EARLY am... don't plan on a post tomorrow am. Thanks, all! This made me feel better knowing that my stampin' friends will be thinking about me today and tomorrow... stampers always have the happiest thoughts!

New Spring Look!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day to you!!!! As you can see, there was a little adjustment to the blog today. Happy Spring! The blog banner I made this morning was SUPER easy thanks to A-liya at DigitalArts-Cafe. I used the flower item from her Good Mood kit. That's a perfect name for these happy flowers! Check out her stuff, and the rest of DigitalArts-Cafe... some SUPER CUTE stuff on there!!!!This little project is what my team got yesterday for St. Patrick's Day. The little ducks came from Oriental Trading Co.
Stamp Sets: Doodle This (stem), Fundamental Phrases (sentiment)
Ink: Wild Wasabi
Paper: Green Galore (I think... I always get confused on those), Whisper White, Certainly Celery Prints DSP
Accessories: Gold brad (NO idea where this came from), Sakura Gelly Roll Stardust pen
Punches: Heart (again, no idea), Marvvy giga scallop square
Big Shot: NEW Matchbox die (what the duck is sitting in)
I put the scraps from the matchbook die cut through the shredder to give me the little "grass" that the duck is sitting on.

And now for some more St. Patty's Day SAB inspiration...

We had NICE weather!!!!

OMG OMG OMG OMG We had nice weather!!!!!!!!!! So, sorry for not posting, but I was out PLAYING in the SUNSHINE and WARM. Oh yes, I said WARM! I WORE SANDALS!!!!!!!!! Can you believe it?!?!!? All I know is it's about time! The pups were having a blast frolicking about in the sun. The kids in the neighborhood were out... I think I forgot there were actually people who lived in these houses. The neighborhood came alive this weekend. It was GREAT! I did work on my St.Patrick's Day Stuff when the sun went down, and you'll get to see that stuff tomorrow. I think I'm still in awe of the absolutely gorgeous weather we had this weekend... oh how I missed it! But since I was mean, here are 3 days of SAB inspiration for you... Enjoy!

Lots to Show Today!

So, I've been a busy bee... like you didn't already know that! But - I GOT NEW TOYS LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!!! I had an oh-so-hard day at work yesterday, and I totally forgot my wonderful UPS man was leaving me treats on the doorstep. I was OVERJOYED when I saw that there was not one, but TWO boxes of new toys for me. Why was yesterday so hard? Well, apart of the normal fires I had to put out, yesterday was Mary Ann's last day... waaaaahhhhh! But I didn't cry! I can't say the same for her when we gave her the frame and the card. Here's how the frame turned out... I wrote everyone's names on the petals of the flowers. I took an up-close shot of those for you, too.
Ok, enough sad stuff! I GOT NEW TOYS LAST NIGHT!!!! Those of you who are waiting for your blog candy package, yes - there was something in the box for you, too, last night. Oh yes!
So, this morning, of course, I had to play with my new toys. It's trash day, so my morning stamping time is cut a tad short. But, I stumbled across this NEW challenge thread on SCS - Clean & Simple Cards. Oh yes, that is SO for me. I loved the challenge to create a clean and simple card. Today's challenge was to use blues and greens... uh, OK! Most of the items used for this card (and there aren't many!) came out of the box this am!
Stamp Set: Matchbox Messages (Occasions Mini Catty)
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Paper: Whisper White, Morning Sunshine DSP, Certainly Celery Prints DSP
Accessories: Latte Button Bouquet, Scor-Pal (to make the embossed lines)
Big Shot: Lots of Tags Label # 1
Yup - that's it!
And, last but NOT least... here is today's SAB inspiration created by Mandy:

Today is Mary Ann's Last Day

So today is Mary Ann's last day... oh how I am going to miss her! Here is the final product for her card. You'll have to wait for tomorrow for the picture frame just in case she checks my blog here.
As I stated before, the card is one full sheet of card stock folded in half, so that everyone had room to sign. The only thing stamped on this was the sentiment... I really really really liked how it turned out! Hope she does too...
Stamp Set: One of a Kind
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Paper: Summer Sun (tag), Cameo Coral (base), Chocolate Chip (layer), Pacific Point (layered under flamingo), Pink Flamingo DSP
Accessories: Chocolate Chip 5/8" grosgrain, Chocolate Chip taffeta, Silver Hodgepodge kit (ribbon slide), White Hodgepodge kit (label holder - name??), Pop Dot, Sakura Gelly Roll Stardust pen (I outlined a few images on the flamingo, some flowers, and the word "one" in the tag with this... it really sparkles!)
Punch: Designer Label Tag
It's a little hard to see, but the grosgrain ribbon does not go all the way around, the right-hand side is a loop tab. Sorry for the photo... I took it on my desk at work.
Now for today's SAB sample... Sue Duffy made this SUPER CUTE little purse from the Box # 2 Big Shot Bigz XL die. Oh the wheels in my head are turning! Speaking of... Mr. Brown is supposed to bring me gifts today!!!!!!!! Weeeeee!!!!!!!

SAB Day 10 - Little Love for Ya!

Can you believe we're already 10 days into March?!?! OMG - where did January go???? I can't really complain about a calendar moving forward... that means my sweetie will be home sooner. Today is a SUPER simple card using two SAB sets - Polka Dot Punches and Congrats, along with the Itty Bitty Backgrounds set. It looks like Sarkine scalloped the piece of paper just above the hearts too... nice little touch, don't you think?
Tomorrow I will have photos of the picture frame and card for my admin, who is retiring.

SAB Day 9 - Bleach it Out

We had daylight savings time yesterday morning, like a good majority of the country. All I know is - I WANT MY HOUR BACK!!!!!!!!! And no, I do NOT want to wait until the fall for it. I want it NOW! Oh man, I sound like that chick on Willy Wonka that was the "bad egg". Ok, now to today's SAB sample...

Here's another fabo sample with the set I almost didn't get! This was created by my upline, Cheri Stojkovich. I'm telling you - you HAVE to check out her site! This sample uses bleach to stamp the little flower on the right and "color" the petals on the flower in the middle, I believe. How simple and how CUTE?! I would have totally had to put the flower in the middle of the scallop circle, but the asymetry here really works... I'm going to have to break out of my center-focused shell!
Since I hadn't posted a picture of the fabulous furry creatures in a while, I thought I would share one today. Every once in a {long} while, these two do something OH SO SWEET. Here they are cuddling up with momma on the couch. I was sick, and I guess they knew it. Latte (the Pug) is lying on my lap, and Gandy (the German Shepherd) is snuggled up next to my leg with his forehead just on my shin. The pointed object under the brown blanket is my foot by the way. Oh how I wish I were snuggled up with them now instead of getting ready for work. Oh well, there is tonight...

Sunday, March 8, 2009

SAB Day 8 - Easter is Coming!

Can you believe just how CUTE this is?!?!! My sideline, Nyla Kelley made this. All you need to recreate this SUPER CUTE project is: Polka Dot Punches SAB Stamp Set, Scallop Circle bigz die for your Big Shot, Eyelet Border Punch, and Full Heart Punch. If you want to make the little flower on the front, it's just the Boho Blossoms Punch and a silver brad. Super cute and CRAZY EASY! Now, speaking of cute... here is something that Gretchen Barron made. I'm getting UNBELIEVABLY antsy for my Matchbox die now! You can check out the How To HERE.

SAB Day 7

Thanks to all of you who sent me comments... I left my camera at work for team pictures on Monday, so you'll have to wait until then for the photo... THANKS!
Ok, now for a little SAB inspiration for Day 7 from Christy Fulk. How cute is this?!!?

My Top Note die will be here Wednesday!!!!!!!!!! And yes, I am SO making some of these!

Friday, March 6, 2009

Need Some Help! + SAB Day 6

Ok, I need some help. The card below is the draft for my administrative assistant, who is retiring. Her favorite place in the whole world is The Flamingo in Las Vegas, hence the flamingo in the pic. Oh yes, and this is a shameless CASE of Gretchen's flamingo seen HERE. My card is a whole sheet of card stock folded in 1/2. Ok, the help... I NEED A SENTIMENT!!!! HELP!!!!!Please help me with a sentiment for this card, and OF COURSE, you will be rewarded. You can post a comment here on the blog, or send me an email at THANK YOU!!!!!
Ok... today I took a short break from SAB sets to show you this FABULOUS card from Susan Smith. This is CRAZY easy with the new Manhattan Flower texture plate (mine is in the mail - woo hoo!!!!!!!!!).
Stay tuned for more of Susan's work... she is FABO!

Blog Candy Winners & SAB Day 5

Holy cow - why didn't anyone bug me?!?!?! I totally forgot to post a blog candy winner!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid flu! Ok, so since I was such a horrible person, EVERYONE who posted a comment on that thread is the winner! Send me an email at with your address and your favorite Stampin' Up! color, and I'll send you a surprise box of goodies.
Ok, now to the card I made yesterday... A friend of mine is a crafter, but she is a sewer, not a paper crafter. So, I had to show her that I could sew too...

Stamp Sets: Simple Friendship, Friendly Words Jumbo Wheel
Ink: Not Quite Navy, So Saffron
Paper: Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Bashful Blue, Delicate Dots DSP (SAB)
Accessories: Clips Assortment, Chocolate Chip Tafetta ribbon, Certainly Celery Twill ribbon (SAB), Kraft Courderoy button, Pop dots, Scor-Pal (to crease "pocket")
Punches: 1 3/4" Circle, Crop-a-Dile
Big Shot: Scallop Circle Bigz die, Scallop Circles # 2 Bigz die
Here's a little trick that I just HAPPENED to get right... I started my "sewing" at the last hole on the scalloped circle before the folded down flap. Once I went all the way around, I was able to cut the ribbon off the roll and finish it on the flap, and then both ends went in to the button. I also did not sew the last hole on the flap. It's under the button, anyway, so you can't see it. I hoped I explained that right... if not, let me know, and I'll post some pictures to better explain it. I saw Jarod do this at convention in 2006 and hadn't done it until today. He showed it on the scallop circle punch... this circle is a tad more friendly, since it's bigger. In any event, my friend LOVED it, and she said it was just what she needed, as she has been feeling down. YEAH!!! Mission accomplished.
Reminder - those of you who commented on the Blog Candy post, email me your address ASAP!

March SAB Day 4

I did get another sample done for my SAB digi swap, but you'll just have to wait to see that one... it was actually made for someone, and I have to give it to her first. In the meantime, how about some stamping with bleach? I wasn't going to order this SAB stamp set until I saw this card. SUPER cute! This was made by my upline, Theresa Hill. She makes the some of the most beautiful cards!!! Stay tuned for another card from Theresa...

I did get another sample done for my SAB digi swap, but

Monday, March 2, 2009

I have been stamping...

I'm involved in a digital SAB swap run by my upline... pretty fun... I get images that I can share with you every day in March using SAB sets. Since I'm behind (go figure!), you'll get THREE today... oooohhh, BONUS!!!! But FIRST, here are some cute little 3x3 cards that I've been working on for my team for St. Patrick's Day. Hopefully, my new Matchbox Die will be here next week, so I can use that for some goodies for them too. Talk about spoiled! In any event, 16 down; 12 more to go...Stamp Sets: Doodle This (stem), Fundamental Phrases (sentiment)
Ink: Wild Wasabi (old In Color - my favorite In Color EVER)
Paper: Gable Green, Whisper White, Certainly Celery Prints DSP
Accessories: Green/Gold brads (no idea where they came from), Gelly Roll Stardust pen (veins in the shamrock leaves and along the stem)
Punches: Marvvy Giga Scallop Square, Heart Punch (no idea where I got it)
The Shamrocks are made by putting 4 hearts together. I found that if you put the first two, so the straight edges go straight up and down, the shamrocks look the best. Oh PLEASE don't make me explain it better than that... not sure if I can...
Ok, now to the SAB stuff! For the swap, you are supposed to use any of the SAB items - stamp sets, paper, or ribbon to make a project of some kind. I made this little box the second my order came... Big Shot, brand new dies, new DSP, ribbon... OMG!Stamp Set: One of a Kind
Ink: Not Quite Navy
Paper: SAB Delicate Dots DSP
Accessories: Certainly Celery 5/8" Twill ribbon (SAB)
Big Shot: Box #2, Lots of Tags Label 2 -- Look at that both # 2... guess they DO coordinate!
The Label comes perforated on the sides, so I took my Coluzzle cutter to cut the slits along the perforation... SUPER easy, and I really like the look. I was going to put a flower brad, but it made the box too heavy. My parents were here this past weekend, and my mom took this back with her completely empty! She also took all of my SAB stamp sets... I put in an order Sunday (of course - Occassions mini pre-order), so I'll be getting new, but in the meantime - I have NO SAB sets... waaaahhh...
Ok, enough whining, there's more stamp stuff to show! This next one was made by my upline. You should TOTALLY check out her blog: Cheri{sh}. She has some of the CUTEST things!
She used the Big Shot here! I just finally broke down and ordered the Top Note die... it's on the way!
The last one for today is from Sue... how happy of a birthday would YOU have if you got this card?!?! Again with the Top Note die... quit taunting me! It's coming!!!! Well, I need to get back to my 3x3's PLUS make my other samples for the digiswap. Until then...
