Merry Christmas to All!

Hi there! As you can probably guess, the new job (plus the holidays) has been keeping me pretty busy. Yesterday, I got this note from Sharon:

Hi Michelle,
I guess the new job has you pretty busy. Your blog is one of the highlights of my day and I just wanted to let you know that I've "missed" you!
Happy Holidays!
PS. I'm in SE Milwaukee so if you ever want to get together and stamp, let me know. Maybe some of your creativity will rub off on me! haha

Needless to say, I felt a little bad about neglecting you all! The truth be told, as well - I work on a computer for 9 hours a day, and the thought of coming home and doing MORE on a computer honestly turns my stomach! But, I will suffer through for you loyal blog readers out there! Sharon - email me your address... I have something for you!
So, let me get right down to the nitty gritty... to put your mind at ease, I *have* been stamping! I actually had a mini craft fair down the street this past Tuesday that I can share with you. I did a TON of prep for this event, but really didn't have too many purchase my homemade products. I did get rid of a few retired stamp sets, though. Overall it was a good time with the neighbors! But first, I *must* show you the picture of Latte and Gandy with Santa Paws....

Poor Latte couldn't take all the excitement... she passed out sitting up on the way home...

Ok, now to the stampin' stuff...
First of all, do you all remember Linda, who my first blog candy winner??? Well, let me tell you a bit about Linda... she is a cancer surviver! So, you *know* I had to make her gift something special... I made a candle with two pink ribbons and her initials in between. I also made her my VERY FIRST stamped ornament... haven't done another one since, either. Linda - you have the one and only I've ever done. This was also stamped with pink ribbons.

The next items were for my mini craft show. I did gift card holders, altoid tins, and 3x3 cards with purse-holders. I also stamped the envelopes of the gift card holders - both front and back (on the flap). I've shown the front of the envy here.

Well, I've got a HUGE storm right now (gale-force winds), so I've gotta get to sleep early, so I can get up early. Yes, I have to work tomorrow. But, I'm off Tuesday! My parents come tomorrow for Christmas (no Leeza, though). My mom's making her world-famous apple pie! Well, it's famous in my world, anyway. BTW... I'm getting NEW STAMP STUFF for Christmas from my sweetie! So, I will probably be stamping with mom on Christmas day! Until then...
I wish you all a safe and happy holiday season!
