I've Got Bellas!!!!

My Bellas FINALLY came... I didn't realize that they took that long (18 days) to get to me. And then, I didn't realize that they came unmounted... talk about Bella shock! So I went to Michael's, then to the local scrapbook store (Remember When), and there was not a reasonably-priced acrylic block to be had. The ones at Michael's were the Martha Stuart ones that were WAY too big and WAY too overpriced. So, my wonderful sweetie suggested going to a plastics store. I got TWO 3x5 acrylic blocks for $1.80 (with tax). It took 10 minutes to order (can get any size) and have it cut. They're not as polished on the ends as what you would get at a scrapbook store, but they work just fine and you can't beat the price! Anyway, back to the stampin'... I decided to ink my Javabellas first (of course!). I inked in Chocolate Chip, stamped on Confetti Cream paper, and then colored it with watercolor pencils. I used the Loves Me paper for the bottom of the Cool Caribbean card (really going to miss this color!) and stamped the coffee beans from the Like It A Latte set (really hope this makes the new catty!!!). I stamped the sentiment (not really sure where I picked this one up) in Chocolate Chip on Pretty in Pink and punched it with the Key Tag punch. Then, of course, I had to add the Prima flowers... aren't they so cute?! The Javabellas are attached with Stampin' Dimensionals, and the brad is punched through the Javabellas panel.
I photographed this using my NEW tripod... it's a travel tripod that I got at Best Buy, of course. I couldn't take clear photos of cards with my *good* camera. I thought it was because I was moving it... enter the tripod, and sure enough, I was right... I'm a sucky camera-holder. Anyway, SOOOO excited about the tripod!!!

Cute card! I am also really hoping that the set Like it a Latte makes it into the new catty. It is such a fabulous set and goes wonderfully with your Bellas!
