New Mini Swap Group

So I haven't been doing so swell with the uploads and posts, huh? Excuse time... I've been very busy at work. I even had to work last weekend! The past two days, I was out of town, too. Ok, so now I'm done wining. I did do some projects. I participate in a new mini catalog swap with others in my upline's group. We do one card front, one ATC (yes, that was all my doing), and one "other" project, usually a 6x6 scrapbook page. This time, I wasn't feeling the 6x6 page, so I did the overgrown paperclip.

Here's what I used for each project...

Card Front:
Cardstock - Saraha Sand, Tempting Turquoise, Petals & Paisleys Double-Sided
Ink - Pixie Pink (craft), Tempting Turquoise
Stamp Sets - Polka Dots & Paisleys
Accessories - Round Tab Punch
The corners were punched with the round tab punch on the tag, as well. I found the technique on Splitcoast Stampers, of course. It takes a bit of work to get all the corners to match, but I think it looks pretty cool.
ATC:
Cardstock - Saraha Sand, Cool Carribean, Notations Double-Sided
Ink - Certainly Celery, Chocolate Chip
Stamp Sets - Office Accoutremant, Tags So Much
Accessories - Stapler, File folder punch
The file folder is a punch that I had gotten years ago that I finally used. YEAH!
Paperclip:
Cardstock - none
Ink - Tempting Turquoise and Certainly Celery craft; Chocolate Chip
Stamp Sets - Office Accoutremant
Accessories - Chipboard (from back of paper pack), Pop Dots, Paperclip (from Staples)
I stamped the craft ink on the pourous (non-slippery) side of the chipboard, let dry, then cut out. I adhered one turquoise flower and one celery flower to each side of the paperclip with pop dots. I used one pop dot for each flower petal. I think that worked fairly well to adhere them together. It was probably overkill, but what are you going to do? I didn't want them to fall apart or peal up.
Hope you like them! I'm sure my swap group will... now I just need to get them in to the mail.
